There must a glitch on their deposit system, as I see you have made more than 30btc deposit (total) before this 13btc and all were fine, am I right?
So I believe it will be fixed asap, you may try to keep asking on chat or support email.

13 BTC was robbed from me and they refuse to give it back.

Why did you just make an account to sell these Bitcoins?
At you willing to use escrow?
What payment methods do you accept?
Are you selling all 13.5BTC at once or will you do smaller transactions?

These are all questions that should be answered in the OP.
