My PayPal is based in USD, but I believe I can just send you the EUR equivalent without any issues.
I would have no problem going first - whoever is using the reversible payment method should go first, all things being equal.

Actually, I'm all good since a friend of mine sent me the PayPal amount that I wanted. My bad, I forgot to lock the thread.
Thanks for your offer but just for the record, if your account is based on USD and you want to send EUR, you will be charged conversion fees.
