Paypal DOES NOT like anything to do with Bitcoin, so it is very likely they may freeze your account if they suspect Bitcoin transactions. The seller is totally at risk here, would not advise!

Paypal will always side with the seller and when you are dealing with cryptocurrencies even more.Paypal is always risky for the seller as once the bitcoin is sent it cannot be reversed, paypal payment can be reversed.That is why Paypal deals are seen as skeptical from most users.
