You probably shouldn't agree to do work for someone who will only pay you in a way that you cannot easily convert what they give you into your local fiat. You should either have them pay you in Bitcoin, pay you in some what that allows you to easily spend you payment locally, or stop attempting to launder money via PayPal MyCash cards. keeping the post open for when i have more.
i am not laundering money. i used to live in poland. could do paypal from there. still not the ppmc but was accepting paypal payments. now back to homeland, its difficult to keep the ends, i have always worked online only. i dont like the fact of making people richer than they already are. the physical work is not what i believe in. i prefer to use my skills to provide people with my services. and i accept whatever kind of payments they want, they have to send me video proof of the cards first as well as the receipt. and finaly a physical signed paper with their ID photo on to make sure the payment never get reversed.
