i just sended him a trade request and waiting for his replay.
I will update here if i will deal with him and also i will report him here if he will chargeback the funds after he receive the bitcoins. ( with blockchain proof and print screens )
P.S: I am able to cover the escrow fees if he decline to send first otherwise if he go first with paypal funds i will ignore the escrow and hope to dont get scammed lol

He tryed to scam me with the invoice trick, looks like he payed a invoice that i never sended and also i didnt received any payment from him.
