Yeah Ill be honest with you, your only going to get responses from scammers, I highly doubt you will find a trusted member willing to accept paypal from a newbie and at a low rate like that.
I am in quick need of some BTC
Im either paying +5% or +10% the preev.com price it depends if u pay the escrow or not, if ur a trusted member i pay +10% and go first obviously
things to know: i am not verified on paypal ( Neither am i 18 ) and i send as family & Friends , cover the fees -- Theres no way of me chargebacking as long as im not 18 and i send as family & FRIENDS
