Since localbtc has crazy rates like 20%
And thats still cheap. Because at least 20% of the PP-Payers are scammers and the btc-seller dont only loose money but also the PP-Account.
Here at Bitcointalk the rate of PP-Scammers is above 50% so its very stupid to sell BTC agains PP to a totally untrusted and unknown person!!!

Somehow I think you know that already -)

The story is very easy: Convert your PP to your bankaccount. Deposit your funds to an exchange. Or Cash it out from the bank and buy BTC with cash locally or at an atm. Thats safe.

Yep, suspicious as heck. As advised above, lock the thread if you don't want to be painted red.

PayPal is highly reversible and the "nice" approach here won't do the trick. PayPal is a high risk payment method, which ever angle you look at it from.

If you have to start somewhere, start with something that is not reversible, then build and grow from there. When you have an established track record of trading honestly, then there is a chance someone somewhere might consider taking PayPal payments from you.

For now, you're right, this has a very low chance of success.

Okay, I totally understand it! What payment methods do you consider as totally safe for the btc seller? Maybe I can convert PayPal first to for example gift cards, and convert that into BTC?

Hi,

I know this can look very suspicious because I don't have any feedback at all and I have a newbie status. I wanted to try anyway because I'll have to start somewhere right?

I have quite some PayPal funds, and I need BTC in exchange for that. Since localbtc has crazy rates like 20%, maybe one of you guys just want to cash out some of your BTC for PP. I can provide all proof you'll need, and I'm willing to go first with very trusted members. Of course I'll pay trough F&F (or Gift), and we can use a trusted escrow (I'll pay the fees).

If you are interested, please leave your rate below.

Again, I know this has a very low chance of success, but it's one of my only options right now (besides paying +20%)
