Skrill is very much reversible which means it can cause many discrepancies in the exchange. Why not just go through several small exchanges or maybe someone wants to take the risk and take the whole thing.

You can attach your bank to withdraw it to your bank, If you can not I highly belive this is not your skrill Account or it's just a fake one (fake name etc)
