I have the ASRock H110 Pro BTC+ motherboard running 13 Nvidia GTX 1070's and they are experiencing a similar problem where they do not want to hash higher than 27 MH/s. Would you mind sharing the BIOS mod that you are using to achieve higher hash rates? I previously ran 8 of these same 1070's on an ASUS B250 Mining Expert motherboard and they had no problems performing at 32 MH/s. I realize that each motherboard is different and requires understanding. Any information you can share will be greatly appreciated.
His Bios-mod is for AMD cards, not for your GTX 1070's and not for your motherboard...Have you overclocked/set powerlimit of your cards properly? If you are using Windows10, have you installed the latest updates? Have you increased your page file size (virtual memory)?

Ok, after 2 days of pain, I've found the solution:
I had installed the first GPU and set up the driver in "compute mode", thinking it was a general setting.
Now, with all the GPUs installed, I can see that there's a tab for every GPU, so I had to set compute mode for each one.

Finally it's working great!

Hi to all, I just bought this mobo from ASRock, installed Windows 10, and trying to setup some GPUs, they're all Sapphire RX 570 ITX with Elpida/Hynix Memory.
I've found a bios mod to obtain 30H/s on ETH, over the stock 22.5H/s, and tested on 4 cards one by one on PCI 16x.
The problem started when I connected some GPUs with riser cables on 1x slots. The same cards gave me 22H/s instead of 30, and even with stock bios it was reduced to 19 over the initial 22.5.
Given that it's not a power problem, since the PSU is a 850gold, I thought it was a riser problem and tried all things, switching from sata/6 pin adapter to 6pin direct connection, with no luck.
Finally I've tried with a single GPU on a riser cable, if I connect it to the 1x slot, it gives me 22. If I connect the same, always with riser cable, to 16x slot, it works well at 30H.
So I assume it's not a riser problem, but a slot one, am I right? Or what else could be?
Is there any solution to this?

Did you try and change the PCIe generation?

Yes, I've tried both 1st and 2nd gen, nothing changed.
