If you can't sign a message from these your posted ETH address, there is no way to recover your account. And even if you can sign a message, I'm not sure that Cyrus will consider to recover your accounts because users who are joining bounties with multiple accounts isn't thing that admins like and support.

That's an account farming how you can manage that 3 accounts and now they hacked from you.
haha you revealed here that you are account farming and you have not enough proof to prove here that was true and just only signed message from account of yours already get hacked.
So, sorry for your lost dude it's time to move on and accept the reality that you can't recovered your 3 farming account.

Make a single account and don't share to anyone about your information or details regarding to your account maybe that thief who hacked you was close to you.

Again, just kiss them goodbye, as you don't have sufficient evidence to ever prove it - all the junk above will not work - ONLY signed message from account with posted address will get your account back. Why do you need three anyhow? Time to start over sorry, just move on, as they will never be restored. Sorry.

If the hacker did not have access to your e-mails, how was he able to get to your accounts? Was it a phishing site? A virus?

On February 16, three my accounts were hacked:

I, like many users, read the rules of the forum on the fact of necessity and not how it was necessary. Therefore, many significant things found out after the theft, including the signing of a message by a wallet.
My mailboxes were not hacked, but there were attempts.
The password and mail were changed. I blocked all accounts from all my mailboxes.
This was one thief, because he had all 3 accounts stolen from 1 IP.

I don't have a secure account with a signed message and also I didn't send the BTC address to PM. But I am the owner of mailboxes. As an owner, I I had no reason to change passwords and mail on my accounts on all accounts instantly, this is a clear sign of theft. This is not a direct proof, but significant circumstances that need to consider in the totality with other facts.

These accounts actively participated in bounty companies, I have tables and other forms of authorization, where my accounts are linked to e-mails, personal telegram, ETH wallets.

At the moment, in the bounty spreadsheets in which I participated, there are hidden data confirming the binding of this account to the wallet address and other.

Screenshots from the mails prove that I have access to them and I do not need to hack my mail and change them to others. I think administrators can see all IP from which I login every time since the registration of accounts and among all the times there has never been an IP of thieves (112.200.109.223)

I can give the original password before the email was changed.

That's what I have from the evidence. I understand that everything provided by me has no direct proof. But the thieves don't have anything and they don't write an application with a request to restore. I write, I'm owner of the accounts.
I also understand that admins are not required to investigate and review all of this evidence. Unfortunately, I didn't sign the wallet with a purse, and therefore I have no choice but to provide everything that I have. I will be grateful if you consider my application.
