No doubt that the account has been compromised. Regarding the spamming part- Have you reported that to the moderators? I also think ban is the only ideal punishment at this point.

This account is probably get new owner, and just by looking his last 6-7 post it's quite obvious what this is about - promoting some magic telegram channel which is offer up to 97% of accuracy. We should at least report his post as spam, or as possible scam attempt.

I just reported one of their posts in the mining section. I really should start double checking the post history of these straight up scripted linked spam posts. Then I could mention it in the report and save some time. There already seems to be enough of them that it should stand out enough to get the Ban dropped. If nothing else locked by Cryptios.

This account woke up after 10 months of inactivity (1 message in indoniesian):

which itself was the first message since march 2017.
So 2015, the owner speaks only english, then indonesian, and suddenly 2019 he is german and spams for an unknown service.
Since a newbie account doing the same would be nuked, and this clearly isn't the original owner, a ban seems appropriate.
