You don't see the negative trust anymore because you changed your trust list, and it doesn't include those who left him negative feedback.

I think the hacker logged into my account today. Even though there was negative trust, but now there is no negative trust y. Badbear said he banned it, but how come anyone can opened it.

It's best to include it naturally in a post. But if you can't, you can send a PM to an account that won't delete it (you could use DefaultTrust for this). After you send it, check your outbox and make a note of the PM's ID (visible in the quote URL).
