this is what we need to tackle together, we need some sort of regulation, the active role of the developer and the project initiator, this could be the thorn in the meat for crypto, and this is the reason why various countries forbid ico

This is old news.This is not the only way funds get stolen.  Investors have to be very careful and take note of security when joining ICO. Also there are many social engineering like impersonation of project team member , fake account, fake airdrop. So be extra careful. All ICO projects should also make sure that they have tight security in place so that the ICO funds are not stolen.
