I think he is saying that in the part of the people who would want a crypto currency as their main currency. I mean bitcoin cannot be a currency since it is not backed up by any banks and governments so fed really need to make own. But as a bitcoin user, I think I will be sticking to bitcoin rather than buying in their crypto currency, I mean bitcoin is decentralized.
