Yes Easter will not be celebrated in COVID-19 because of the virus, everything has been locked down because no one can get out and no one will be able to observe it if all the religious schools are closed. But if the situation gets under control then that is possible.
You can observe the Easter at home too. In pandemic situation, it is better to stay at home in the religious events and avoid the gathering. You can save your life and others life by just staying at home.
