Description of Problem:
- Computer #1: Hard Drive ended up with corrupt sector after a restart, some programs and files missing, Bitcoin Core would no longer start, giving error below inside quotation marks:

- Computer #1: Recovered Wallet.dat file and saved it offline
- Computer #2: Installed Bitcoin Core v0.16.0 to import backup wallet from Computer #1 onto Computer #2.
- Computer #2: No Bitcoin folder in APPDATA/Roaming directory after install & blockchain download / synchronization.
