Hardware is best choice if you're a long term investor because other wallet can b hack any time so then we face a big loose so it's a better to buy a good hardware wallet then we can hold our any coin without any fear
If you are holding crypto or you're an investor, I recommend using a hardware wallet because another wallet is not saved, a hacker can easily access our wallet like a Trust wallet, and many more that's why hardware is the best option. I personally use the Ledger Nano hardware wallet, as this is the best wallet for holding and fully secure.
etherbit is legit vendor in India. In past (2019) i have ordered few Nano X from etherbit for myself, father-in-law and couple of friends, everything went okay and delivery was also very fast (less than 24 hours) but ofc it would depend on the location too.

Did you try to buy from the official website? I do see that they deliver in India. Here is the link and it does say they will take 3 weeks time.

Do not go for any other website as there is no guarantee that it will be the original one. There are a lot of sellers on Amazon India too but I would not recommend anyone there. Etherbit does say that they are the official partner but I am not sure.
