When did you start the service? I don’t know how much secure the wallet is, so it would be hard to decide to replace my current affiliate link from my blog. I'm currently promoting the safepal hardware wallet because I found it secured and easy interface.
Is it possible to have a copy to review the wallet. I can share blog and other necessary data if required. Let me know if possible.

Our first MVP was launched back in 2015 or so... There are some informations laying on the web like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADWikh8Fxdk
We start selling the final product back in 2019. And so far, no security breach.
The best way to know if it's safe and secure is to test it, right ?  Cheesy
Let's go in DM for further inquieries.

1. Your site may need better hosting: I've got style not loading for one page (worked after refresh), images loading slow/late
2. Your site clearly needs work on logic/usability: the affiliate form is buried, if one comes from this topic to the affiliates page he may not find it easy.
3. You said no KYC, but the affiliated form asks for name (and I guess that many will tell their real name...)  Grin

All in all, you do need more awareness, so the initiative is good. Just improve the site.

1. May I ask you what OS/browser/version do you use so our technical team may check the issue ?
2. We know that the UX of the website may be improved. But could you point me (maybe in DM/private) the "buried" form ?
3. Yeah... The affiliate form ask for a name... This field is your Satochip nickname to allow you to connect to your personnal dashboard. Have no idea how we can label this field. Maybe "nickname" instead of "name" ?

Thank you for your feedbacks.

1. I've checked now a couple of pages and this time they all loaded correctly. However, it's Firefox for Windows 10. I don't know what was the version back then, but I'm almost sure I've already had at least one update on it; now it's 91.0.2/64 bit.

2. My experience was: medium page => link to affiliate program. That's a page that has no link at all to the actual affiliate form. Instead, one has to go to top-left link for main page, from there to shop, and from there to my account => affiliate area to actually get to the form. Buried may have not be the appropriate term, but it's clearly not straightforward to reach it.

3. Maybe Satochip nickname? Or an (i) with tooltip-info/explanation what that name is for? They're just ideas, of course.

An affiliate can request for a payment of the reward if and only if the accumulated and unpaid reward on account exceeds 100€ (EUR). The rewards shall be paid in cryptocurrency designated by Satochip, within a maximum 90-days delay from the date the affiliate fulfilled the conditions under the Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
Do you mean that your hardware wallet has a token? Where will it be traded and can it be exchanged to Bitcoin or other cyptos?
In general, I do not see a difference between your hardware wallet and debit cards, as I read that you support a few pairs (I did not go into many details).

Generally, marketing programs are successful when the item is desired otherwise it is best to reduce the withdrawal limits to $20 and process every two days.

It looks like a bank-or-credit card but it's not. It's a hardware wallet.
Within the Satochip card - i mean, within the secured chip - you can safely store your private keys. Access to the keys is enforced through the use of a PIN code.
An affialiate can request a payment if he meets the threshold. And no, we do not have any tokens or branded tokens.
As said in a previous answer, we are just starting our affiliate program and it's quite obvious that we have to improve the Terms and Conditions based on your feedbacks Wink

Few question,
1. Since most of your product cost 25 or 40 EUR, isn't 100 EUR threshold too high?
2. What cryptocurrency is available to pay the rewards? Exactly same with coin mentioned on shop page (BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH)?

Answers :
1. The treshold might be high but as the product is affordable, it's quite easy to sell it. Honestly, we are just starting our referral program and the threshold might be adjusted if needed.
Our main goal is to find people that trust our product and want to help us to grow organically.
2. Well. We are not sticked to a single cryptocurrency but we hold funds in ETH and BTC. It's more convenient for us to use these to pay our affiliate.

Are you from the team? If so then I think this thread is more suit in the Hardware wallets section. Of course, you have to add more information in detail. Since you aren't using affiliate links so I am assuming somehow you are related to the team. If you aren't from the team, so do you have any announcement thread link where we can find more information about this hardware wallet and how secure is that. I am not familiar with this hardware wallet, so don't know either it's trusted or not. But I am curious to know more about the Satochip hardware wallet.

Hello,

Yes, I'm from the team Wink I should have introduce myself first, sorry for that.
You can find more information about our product here :  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.52357835

It's quite complicated to be "trusted" in the hardware wallet field.

Here are some keypoint to show that - at least - this project can be carrefully followed and trusted :
- Our CTO build the very first MVP back in 2014;
- Team profile is publicly discover;
- The first Satochip card (final product) was ready back in 2019.
- Sales are done through our website (or Amazon) since november 2019 (2021).
- Code is completly open source and available on our official repo : https://github.com/Toporin
- Satochip hardware wallet is supported natively by Electron Cash (we are in progress to be natively supported by Electrum too (check our recent PR)).
-...

Our main goal is to provide affordable security solutions for everyone !

If you have any questions, just ask Wink
