You simply get an "on-the-go" (OTG) cable (like this: https://www.amazon.com/Micro-USB-OTG-Adapter-Cable/dp/B00D8YZ2SA) from Amazon, eBay, AliExpress or wherever and connect your hardware wallet to your device.

Mycelium works with Ledger and Trezor and will "import" a watching only version of the hardware wallet (just like Electrum desktop does). You then create the transaction and when you want to send it, it will get sent to the hardware wallet for confirmation and signing... Just like when you use it with a desktop wallet.

You may want to check if your Android device supports OTG first, some manufacturers and some devices do not support it.

Buying one isn't a problem got a CC. That answers question 1 but not 2. Say I do get one, how does it work for withdrawing task cash from a machine if you're using a hardware wallet. Afaik those wallets need to be plugged in on the PC and obviously that won't work at a machine and on phone.

Don't care about iOS. Android 4 life ;-)

Your choices, if Electrum are involved (and expense is a factor) are basically Ledger Nano S and Trezor One. Either one of those should fulfill your requirements. Both ship worldwide from their respective online stores (www.ledgerwallet.com and trezor.io) and are also on Amazon if I'm not mistaken. PROTIP: you can buy Amazon Gift Cards from places like eGifter.com using Bitcoins if Amazon don't accept Bitcoin directly Wink

as for mobile usage... best option is probably Mycelium on Android (I don't think Android Electrum works with hardware wallets). Not sure what the iOS options are. Huh

I have a 2 fold question

1. With current BTC prices skyrocketing i'm thinking about converting my PC based wallet to a hardware one. Which one's currently work with the latest Electrum on Windows 10, are easy to use, not too expensive and available for purchase in the US (via btc? :p)

2. Say i would like to sell some BTC once if moved to hardware wallet. How exactly would this work I'll obviously won't have a PC at the location, but i do have the app on my phone.
