Why only ICO investors get the money?
For that option everyone that owns harmony should get some equally.
Who knows if they sold?
How will you verify that they have npt and that they actually bough from the ipo and how much?

Before posting that as an option you have to answer those questions.

I stated that, they are required to send to me the amount from the screenshots that I see. I will also check to see if there were any buys for the amount that I receive because then it would be obvious that they just rebought it to send to me.

I think it is fair to at least do them first. I'm sure there are people who won't ask for the refund, so then however much btc I have left, I can give some to the later investors. Does that sound fair?

I don't care which choice people pick. I know there will be angry people either way, I wish I could please everyone.

The problem is that people who invested later on will get upset to see the coin die, and that they cannot get a refund. I don't have funds to refund them, so I cannot include them in this.
On the other hand, putting the funds into an escrow and having the community try to revive the coin is only like a 10% chance that the coin will actually come back. Most likely no one gets any return if that is done.

Please answer only if you're in the Harmony community

I am tweaking the first option.
Refunds will be given to ICO investors first, and remaining funds will be to refund however much I can for later investors.
