I bought some doge from them some time ago and it all worked very well, however check the price carefully. I found out it was cheaper for me to buy from virwox with ~10% in fees than to buy from these guys
And you can convert or trade to doge afterwards if for whatever reason you need doge at this time... Selling Doge and not selling BTC? Why?
They are only selling altcoins atm. It might also be something related to policies.

They sell dogecoins for the dogecoin community, since they're always happy to buy more via any means available (paypal).
