I have been constantly pushing by one fb friend to use beastminer cpu miner. He says it can give youupto 0.0024 btc profit per day.I am reluxtant to give it a try as I dont want to download anything on my laptop.Has anyone here used it?Please share your experience or advice
Don't ever try them and if you do, you will surely regret. I have seen that several times and I tried it but seriously regretted because it crashes my PC and made me lose all files on that pc and I spent lots of money before I could recover my pc. Staying away from them is highly recommended from a real time victim of similar scams.

I have installed beastminer on my crashy test pc.

It is indeed installing a Trojan Horse.

If you have downloaded Beastminer... you may do the following.

Windows ;

1. Exit Beastminer
2. Delete downloaded files
3. Ctrl+alt+delete, Task managers, shut down beastminer ( Yes, again )
4. Go to C:/users/*username*/appdata/local/
5. Delete the Beastminer folder

6. If you cant delete the beastminer folder, repeat step 3 and rapidly do step 5.

7. Optionnal - Do a antivirus check.
8. If you can't see appdata folder - enable the visibility of your hided folders.
Beastminer = scam = there is the trojan in their software = infiltrating the user's desktop = finally it's more than just a scam site but already including criminal sites, because they trying for spreading their virus into a lot of the users.

Laptop mining for anything is not a very good idea... your laptop won't last very long.
Better to use a desktop for ALL your mining ventures.

I don't need to test it to tell It's a scam , the fact that they ask you to download an application in your PC means everything. It contains a malware that will screw your computer and probably take your Bitcoins from your desktop wallets.
Team names are fake and If you google them you will find that they are some celebrities (each one in his field) and chances that they have the same name as the owners of Beastminer are 0% .

well they're plain stupid if going to scam people but using celebrities' photos, there's no doubt if their user interface are quite interesting,it's eye catching but still have a big chance to scam if they were having few suspicious thing as omegastarscream mentioned above

Photos are not from the people who own the names but the names belong to known people , If you google for them , you will see their pictures + Wikipedia pages as first result.
yeah just realize that after having some short investigation, and just trying to search the images of the team's members on google image and found out that these pictures was used in so many websites and seems that it's actually stock photos

If they are using   stock  photos  on the internet  then  its 100%   that they are scam  because  no legit  company would   try to use   other  photos. Investing on  it would  not be  a good idea because  you would surely  got scammed  all of your money.

Obvious scam, downloading software programs, fake admin names combined with passive earnings are red flags. Also as a hero member you should already know that there is not a thing such cpu mining these days, stay away if you want to keep your Bitcoins and your PC safe.

Yeah he must know such kind of bad act and malicious sites since their offer are to good to be true and thats trully a big red flag to see, and surely we can't see some decent cloudmining since all sites offer are scam as discussed by many people here so better lets think advance when new site well come up and lets just declared them as scam eventhough theres no event yet happened, mining business is i can called done since this kind of industry are slowly dying.

Its a  sure scam hence  theres  no magic  internet money  here and    as  we all know that  earning bitcoin  is  really hard and   make  it  grow  would really takes time and   effort. With these  kind of schemes  which   they always claim about  big returns on your  money is already  been considered as  scam. As  OP claimed  that you would need to  download the software  is already a big NO  for  me  hence you could   able to download  a  malware  and   my  compromise all your important   informations.

First of all - this is a scam.

For anyone interested - this is Beastminer's official site: https://beastminer.net/#

I investigated a little and did a research about people presented as Staff of Beastminer. It turned out that these pictures and names are totally fake.

For example loot at the picture of  Nathan Wright CEO & Lead Developer - it is some random google picture of random dude.
The same picture is used on many sites as fake customer - for example here: http://www.furniapp.com/ where "Nathan Wright" is presented as "Mike Chan".

This concludes all thanks for deep research brother.

However in the first look at the pay rate, referral commision they have, without any doubt any can say it is purely scam as noone can just give that rate for free for just running some software in our computers. Better to stay away, downloading anything from them may infect your computer, i have got infected by some random program in past trying to earn some money. There is no any cpu mining that can give so much profit per hour, this are fake for sure.

Already saw that kind of stuff with BTC-Flow and other ''fast'' miner.

They will pay a few members to show the fake ''Trust''.

Then when a new wave of people will deposit for their ''BEASTmode'' at 0.95 btc each, they will run away with the btc of the people.

Don't dare to even spend a dime in it, you'll get burnt.

The only name such services represents is nothing but scam because and even with what is being promised then I dont need a sooth sayer to know thats where its leading. I also need to even commend you that no matter how tempting it is for you to commit resources which you might later regret, you still take time out to ask for opinion. I am sure quite a number of people would have fallen for such scam and only after loss of resources, then they open scam accusations thread when the deed has been done...

As above said, its just a scam and it seems like eobot. It might have backdoor in it.

However it is real and doesn't have any malicious contents in it, you cannot mine bitcoin with your CPU at the moment. Probably you'll fry you CPU!

I agree with OmegaStarScream. Because such services spread trojan and malware by infecting system which may cause harmful loss or damage. So its better to never test such programs.
