Its a scam website used by online romance type scams and such.   I mistakenly put $400 and have tried for months to get it out.  No luck.  Lost forever.   This is what they say even after you verify identity.

"hello! After verification by the token exchange, due to the large amount of money withdrawn from your personal account for the first time, in order to ensure the safety of users' personal account funds, you need to complete the following three points within five working days: 1. Submit your personal hand-held ID photo; 2. Submit your personal bank statement for nearly three months; 3. Pay the deposit of 30% of the total market value, and deposit it in your personal account assets (the deposit of money withdrawn is owned by you personally). After completion, the token exchange will re-examine and evaluate your personal account. Please know that I wish you a happy life."

noting this is $400, hardly a "large amount of money"

Total BS.  Stay away!

I also opened an account with them and deposited some ETH. Because I now want to withdraw my money, they demand a 20% deposit as a prerequisite.

i unfornately had the stupid sense of putting some money in that site.. it was preivous to me even asking about whether the site was legit or not.   now i'm tryint to withdraw the money out of the wallet, and
1. customer service is non existen
2. preivous attempts were refused because kyc wasn't done, which it is now done
3. another reason for denial of withdrawl was that there wasn't enough trading volume. every time i have attempted a withrawl, it takes almost a week to get a response/denial back.

any suggestions on what my next course of action should be?

anything in regards to that exchange or website? good? bad? legit?

I made an account on it. The customer service is lacking, sometimes, look like it just AI replying most of the time.  The fee for trading is 0.1%. I saw they have the gambling ’buy long’ and ‘short sell’. Some of the crypto (AMM) aren’t available on coinmarketcap (I just check on that website not sure others). For the others crypto available as on coinmarketcap, the price is slightly off, like .001 USDT. And the raise and fall percentage is slightly off too. Not too sure about sending and withdraw. But they take 2% withdraw. The website has unknown status for reverse DNS, registered in California. I fell like I forget what else they have there.

When it comes to swap site then there's no other site i do really trust on neither

Pancakeswap.finance
Uniswap
Sushiswap
BinanceDEX

other than that then i dont really touch em up with a 10-ft pole.
So better find good alternatives rather than on trusting that tokenswap.
yhup these are the legit swap sites and so far still safe and reliable based on my experience as well using metamask and trust wallet.

and for sure that token swap is a a new project that don't have yet users in the space, so its quite skeptical to trust, i mean if you don't want to be involved in hacking wallets you better to stay away in such new website and rely which is very common and don't fall easily in it.

Never heard of this exchange but looking at some details, they also have a token.
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/tokenswap-dex/
It's almost dead and whether they're legit or not, the volume speaks on how interesting it is. Sadly, there's not that much interest on this project and if you're thinking of pouring money on it, think again.
I never heard of this exchange before TS said it. however, when looking at the information contained in CMC, the coins of this token don't even have much volume, which means that very few people use it. in fact, when we tried to find information about the trading volume of the market, CMC did not get any results. you can see it in https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/tokenswap/

in addition, CMC has also shown coins on this exchange since the end of 2021, the price has continued to decline until now. well, I probably wouldn't use this coin.

Have never heard about this nor used it before but if you have any concern about the swap please kindly make sure not to get involved in any swap that is not reputable or having good ratings from the forum. Lastly if your token got listed over there try to move out your token to another wallet before using the swap to avoid comprising your wallet.

I have never heard it before. I did a little research and couldn't find anything that caught my attention. Obviously, you have to be very careful when trading on such platforms. I recommend not tossing large sums of money. Because many exchanges can appear completely with the logic of hit-and-run. Then he can take the money inside and run away. If the cryptocurrencies you have are listed on a well-known exchange, I recommend that you change them there.

I hope OP you got to listen...
Never ever trust this site and even the others whose reputation is in big question. In fact, we don't see any feedback with this exchanger and this means that nobody is using this or this is already ignored.

Doing research is very important. I suggest using the internet to further know this site and also to have additional knowledge of other scam projects on how they trick traders.

Never heard this one since a long time ago. It's probably another low tier exchange site. It's not even on CMC or maybe i may wrong about the domain that used by tokenswap as in CMC that's using .info instead of .net. Is there something wrong with it? Seeing from its name more than enough to make me feeling doubt with it.
High probability to be an exchange site with so many problems. I can't even dig it even deeper as it has no tekegram group as sometimes so many complaints by people will be going through telegram group. that's pretty weird for me.

I guess majority has spoken their piece, Lol, I don't know how and where you heard this exchange, but it is very bad to say the least.

Although someone has pointed out that they have tokens, but it's already dead so another indication that the project and the exchange itself will not be successful, sad to say.

I've never heard of Tokenswap.net
I just visited it looks like a centralized exchange. If you intend to trade there, I hope you can trade on other exchanges, which obviously already have a good reputation. You can check it on coinmarketcap regarding exchanges and a full review there.

No, I haven't heard about this swap platform before and I don't recommend connecting your wallet to such a platform until you are confused that this platform is legit and safe.

I'm not but based on what I search online...Beware of this site,

https://bealertonline.com/tokenswap/

This is a common risk when using new exchanges as the majority of them are made to scam. I have no intention to try this or them, I stick to the old exchangers where we know that they can be trusted.

With the massive spread of crypto, we can never avoid this kind of attempt. And if we are lazy to do the searches, it is likely possible we fall into them.

2016 - 2021 but there are no reviews for this service, which is very strange.
If it is a centralized exchange, then there are always risks. If this is an unknown centralized exchange, then these are additional risks. I would rather use known exchanges like
https://www.hotbit.io/ where you can trade without KYC or decentralized bridges and aggregators.

Frankly this exchange name is preety weird. I was in the impression that it might be another DEX where you can swap your token but when I visited the website I was suprised to see a CEX and they do not have any social media links or privacy policy. I am not sure how it appears on desktop devices as I was using a mobile device. When you click on any links it is asking to register. It is good to stay away from such an exchange and use others that are known and trusted.

A bit confusing after seeing this exchange site. It seems like its name didn't represent its service. Im seeing that if this exchange site is pretty similar to the exchange site. I never heard this one and this is my first time. My first impression of this exchange site didn't look good at all. Are you sure if you interested to use this exchange site?
You can avoid this exchange site if you want. No information about that.

anything in regards to that exchange or website? good? bad? legit?

Never heard of it, the rule of thumb is that if the exchange is fairly new then take everything with a grain of salt and be careful putting huge amount of money to trade.

You just don't know, maybe they will do a rug pull and exit scam it's customer. So for now I will stay away from it. Might be good to just stay away from it and just go and trade to some legit and reputable exchanges.

Never hear, too much AMM Exchange.

What do you need to do, Do you want to exchange a token on AMM Exchange? Use PancakeSwap is already enough. I search in twitter, and yes the topic you are asking is AMM Exchange. Sorry never hear about that, don't know anything.

Good luck.

It seems like that an amateur exchange site. I have been trying to visit this site and the UI didn't good for me. This exchange site is not even listed in the coinmarketcap nor coingecko. You must be careful when dealing with this exchange site. The reputation is still remain unclear. You must also remember that if dealing with this non reputable site will bring your money into the risk.
You didn't know how shady the exchange site is. This exchange site didn't even have social media group or community. You may feel so difficult to contact the admin once you will be facing a problem with it.
