hey just guessing on here is what most of us do...but this seems a likely "out" for BFL investors imho
and again with my guessing this assumes mark was running www.mtgox.com according to Japanese law and was blindsided by the loss
if so I still think it is likely the Japanese with either try to help him as they state on mtgox page to get the exchange back up with investors (like they would
do with any legit bankrupt company under these circumstances) and/or going thru with him and getting his personal assets divided out from the corp
assets and again imho if he is legit in all this he will likely walk with most of his fortune intact (assuming it all was not in gox coin)

as always my 2c worth (not worth that is a fairly common response to this tagline of mine I agree)
