But no papers/bill/invoice whatsoever, nor any answer to my requests. Communication is terrible, not to say inexistant.

I feel like wayyyyy too many companies overlook quality support nowadays and save the money, instead. A pity that such a good website idea and service was ruined by lack of communication.

Really hoping on this and maybe this was just one time they had a terrible communication.

Don't bet on it; companies that don't have good support in one case usually don't show good support at all.

I tried this service. It works. I received the goods. But no papers/bill/invoice whatsoever, nor any answer to my requests. Communication is terrible, not to say inexistant.

So I won't use their service anymore. Too bad.

Nice to have some feedback about it, I'm maybe also gonna use it but I hope I can contact them easily and there service is better than you had.

I haven't heard about them before but i can't get point of using them for higher price like 10$ and more extra. Purse.io provides quite similar option to buy amazon items with bitcoin that also in 10-20% discount depends upon the buyer who will buy items for you. I haven't used purse.io also but have seen several people using them without problem.

Anyone tried their service? I've tried it on a small purchase.
Are they reliable? So far, they've been reliable.
Do they return the BTCs if shipping was cancelled? Haven't been on this type of scenario yet but according to the information's on their site, they would return it.

Regarding their refund policy, you may refer to the following pages:
http://about.all4btc.com/refund-policy/
http://about.all4btc.com/100-get-money-back-guarantee/

So basically if you have a valid reason for availing the refund, from the time of contacting the support, you should expect it within the next 2 days.

Thanks for letting us know this, I already thought they where trusted but you never know it of course so thanks for the short review you made.

I'm interesting in their service because i would to buy some item on e-bay and pay it with BTC. Anyone has bought items from ebay and payed using ALL4BTC?

I purchased some keyboard keycaps through them, without hassle. It would definitely be better if they charged variable fees, like 10-20%, not a flat fee of $7. I paid double for my keycaps.

haha. Nothing wrong with that. It is the spirit of trying! Smiley

I am waiting for them to feedback whether the refund is based on prevailing USD exchange rates or absolute BTC number refunds.

I am not affiliated with them.

All4Btc.com is a middleman that could purchase items on your behalf but you pay all4btc.com in Bitcoins.

http://about.all4btc.com/

As for middle man fees, they earn 7 USD for every transaction: https://all4btc.com/pricing

You can look at their website for their terms, but from opinions they are quite trustworthy so if you need to buy an item and don't want to spend your physical USD, and want to spend your coins (I highly am against spending your valuable coins) then they are the best bet for you. Of course we need more services of this type.

I also never used them but what I have heard about them, is that they are pretty trust able and do the job also.
They are fast and reliable if we have to believe some users.
