Gold BitPay is scam. Just look at the name and you should be already having a clue that those people are not to be trusted with your money.
First they go on to use names of existing projects or assets to create that fake vibe. Gold, one of the most sort precious metal and Bitpay a bitcoin payment service provider are to different things. How do they even appear in the same name?

Checked the Project out myself, I find out that the use case is promising which of course many new projects has, it's all about the seriousness of the team but now that they have a plagrism whitepaper I don't know what do say than tell you that this project can't be trusted

a project with plagiarism whitepaper is not good and people must becarefull
and ready for all risk if they invested in this project, because a plagiarism whitepaper is a big sign of bad project

Thanks for your comment. I know already about 10 people victims of this potential scam. Do you know what it is possible to do in order to protect them self against those scammers if they will only steal the money running away?

An update: the website is dead.

Please stay away from such low quality projects. You will most certainly lose money. Even if there are no scam claims right now, in the future as more and more people begin to surface with complaints about GBY, you will see that I am right. I have known at least one person who has invested in GBY indirectly and is regretting that decision. I am not that close to him so I cannot speculate into the nature of his involvement neither can I ask him about it.

Regardless, as it is pointed out that their content is plagiarised, I am certain that it would be enough evidence for you to stay away from a project that cannot even afford or care enough to create original reading material for its initial investors. The rest is up to you, but in general, stay away from any project that sounds too good to be true.

Total Exchange (TEX) and Luxury Ledger (LXRY)
Since I don't find any victim got scammed from this coin and exchange, I can't say it's 100% scam. But both of coin and exchange is likely will scam in the future. So, it's better to stay away from this exchange and coin!

There is someone asking about Apoolex exchange and GBY coin before https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/apoolex-scam-5251611

The exchange looks shady because they're replacing apoolex with sionstore

What's shadier is that they are replacing with apoolex with sionstore as I'm writing this

And GBY coin is plagiarized whitepaper from Gisc

After reading this I would suggest you to take your investment out. Plagiarized whitepaper is not a good sign.

Thanks to users around the world for their support and recognition of GBY in the past two months.
GBY has won wide acclaim from the global market and investors,
and the GBY project party wishes to thank GBY's loyal supporters.
Now, before the end of the subscription period,
start the "Buy 100 Get 100 Free" candy reward program.
Starting at 0:00 on June 16, the top 500 are limited, while stocks last!
GBY is working hard to establish a global safe and convenient blockchain environment.

It is not possible to find any news about it. Could it be real?
