I believe Patrick Murck works both for the Bitcoin Foundation and for CoinLab.

It is interesting to note that half of the board is now involved in legal disputes. I don't think there is anything wrong with them pursuing legal action against each other. However, maybe they should consider expanding the board. Maybe add some more diversity. Bitcoin has grown and is still growing a lot.

Bitcoin Foundation issued their official statement on Coinlab vs. MtGox: https://bitcoinfoundation.org/blog/?p=180

Thanks for the link.

I was hoping to hear some legal opinion regarding the matters at hand from Mr. Murck. But I understand why we will not now.

Oh! Well that explains it.

Obviously a major conflict of interest there...

Thanks!

Such as Coinlab vs Gox, and the Gox seizure?

I checked his twitter but didn't see anything.

Don't you think it would be interesting to hear his thoughts on these issues?
