It is hard to answer your questions because you have blacked out most of the useful information. All of that info is public. There isn't much of a reason to black it out.
If a block explorer shows that your transaction is confirmed, then the bitcoins have been received, but it is also possible that you are looking at the wrong transaction or that you sent the bitcoins to the wrong address.
Ah okey, I dident know and I dident want to take any chances.
But according to you it should of have arrived?
And IF he is really telling me the truth that its stuck, will I get the BTC back after 72 hours?
Well, we cannot say if the bitcoins you sent have arrived or not, unless you give us the transaction ID (TXID).
If you are 100% sure that the the address where you sent money is correct, and the screenshot shows it, then it has already got there.
However if you have changed even 1 letter/number then you pretty much lost your money.
You should check the number of transaction you made, and also compare the address you sent money to, with the one where you wanted to send.
If they fit each other, there is no doubt the money will be there- unless you put some hilarious fee, like 1k satoshi.
