if you get Alon on the phone and he actually has what you want in stock you are good.. but it might be mostly group-buy based ordering like many small outfits.. no one wants to sit on 500 items in stock with the prices falling like rocks
I live about 20 minutes away from that address. I contacted them via their messaging system asking if I could buy/pick-up from them in person since they're so close. That was about 3 days ago. Haven't heard back from them.
Also, I found another business with the same address:

Edit: I also saw that they removed negative feedback from their website. The feedback that was removed was for their Blade Miner and was along the lines of "I payed via Paypal. I haven't received anything. No one is returning my emails. I think I got scammed."
I think that, it it wasn't enough with the other things we've said, just because of that last note, you should be very careful with these guys. Also, I found another business with the same address:
