The prices at Hashnest (S5) have dropped a lot. now it is already going up. The one who manged to buy low have sure made a good deal! Even still, the price is still good to buy.

If I ran a cloud hosting outfit, I would not rise prices for no good reason and we still do not know if this recent price gain is sustainable.

Just because how much a coin is worth is going up does not mean how much you will mine is also.  As difficulty increases, the amount of coin you get per hash decreases.  The fact that you can exchange that smaller amount of coin for more fiat is not relevant.

I mine on nicehash mostly. The price per rented TH has been going down slowly for about 6 months. With the price of btc rising I would expect the cost of renting to increase also. I remember when asic prices exploded during the last big run-up in price.

Am I just impatient this time?
