That is why I don't trust and use any pool, which is not well-known. I suggest you to try contacting them via their support using this email [email protected] and let them know about your issue. I hope they can fix your issues as soon as possible.

Also, like the above said in the meantime use other pools for an alternative like https://www.suprnova.cc/ it has many supported coins available, just make sure to us a well-known pools just for the safety of your coins.

And for the last suggestion move this thread to altcoin section to get more suggestions and advise.
True, I don't really tend to use those non popular pools because issues or possible problems might arise and wont really be easily solved out compared to those pools which being used commonly.
For now theres nothing he can do but to sent out message to their support and wait for their response. If he wont like to experience hassle in the future then better look for better one.

According to this thread I found, seems like the pool is currently experiencing errors in regards to withdrawal and the pool admin isn't doing anything about it and has been missing for some time. I'd suggest moving to another pool in the meantime, and keep a lookout on the thread I linked to see if there are any updates there. According to that thread, it's been months since the pool's been properly working, so there is a chance that you may never receive your coin transfers.

I stopped using this pool a few months back, sad to see it's fallen into this state of disrepair. Hopefully this is all resolved in time.
