Hello,

i just want to let you guys know, that i have finally got some kind of confirmation email.

So now let´s see how long we need to wait to get our units.

always be careful when dealing with such site.


WARNING: xcahnga is a scammer. He was caught already at the talkgold forum and banned. He has multiple accounts to fake it like other people are having good experiences with xchanga. What a low life... BEWARE!

I was thinking of going with this crowd but now am not so sure I will bother with them.

i have got the same problem, and have to say, that sucks Hashfast! In no other branche people can handle their customers like that!

I also called severall times (from overseas) what cost quite some money as well, but allways here the same, someone will contact me within 2 working days... BUT NO ONE CALLS, EVER, or answers emails! I am allready waiting since more then 10 days to get a reply. But i am afraid i wont get anything, either my BTC´s back or an unit... Probably lost some BTC´s, will learn from that, and won´t buy one more piece at Hashfast, that´s for sure!

A friend of mine ordered some a few weeks ago, paid with BTC´s and got his confirmation within 1 hour! So what´s wrong guys? Why no reply? I think some happened here, and we won´t get anything...

I allready have a babyjet batch 1 machine ordered with upgrade chip, and stupid me ordered another one... But that won´t ever happen again! We feed hashfast, and they won´t even reply us? That´s bad and has nothing to do with BTC is becoming a better currency... You should care about your investors, guys!

Would be great if some Hashfast guy could say some to that, it seems that quite a few peoploe have same problem. How about send us our money back?? I know, hashfast rules say, NO PAYBACK  Undecided But why? Other hashing companies do so!

So what i think is, because no reaction at all from hashfast, maybe they don´t even have our BTC´s no more...

Hello,

I have e-mailed and called HashFast.com about my order that i have paid with bitcoins.
Still call them and emailed them. But they dont react or confirm my order.

The only thing i know is the bitcoin adress that [email protected] had send to me,
They ask me to send me the transaction id and amount of btc that i had send to them so they can track the id.

The only thing what i want is that they confirm my invoice.

Call them many times, but there is only a receptionist that only can foward the information that i said to them.

But they dont have any access to orders, or anything. so the thing is why do they set a phone number on their website, for what?? They dont have any acces to anything. so orders, and all the other things you need to know, they cant answer nothing.

I know hashfast is a proffesional company, but its stranged why they still havent response anything jet, do somebody know hashfast or know if someone from the staff of hashfast is active here arround bitcoin talk?

Please let me know if you have the same problem or you can help me with this.
Cost me too much time to call them and e-mailed them, they garanteed no answer. Only if you want to pay something they react.
For the rest they ignore everything.

The only thing that i want to know is only confirm my invoice and order, nothing more and nothing less. I dont know what is difficult about this. but they let me stuck on this and have no clue what to do..
