btw.. Hashflare have just got in touch & sorted my problem out. Smiley

its all a learning curve for me but as long as it not expensive learning curve I dont mind Smiley

It feels nice to know that your problem got sorted but i think you have made a very bad choice by investing in cloud mining. You may now have to wait for more than a year to get back what you have invested.

Also if your problem is already solved, than you can lock this thread.

Thanks for the advice I'll bare that in mind.

It really is just for fun & not as a serious investment Smiley

To be honest, if you want have "fun" with cloud mining, much less risky is HashNest.
Main difference is that in hashflare you buy contract and you can't withdraw from there. In HashNest you buy mining power, and in any time you can sell it on market. In the meantime you can trade there and earn a bit more.. Consider that option.

Thanks kotwica, thats really helpful.

I'll do this now & post up an update.

Smiley

No problem Smiley

But it doesn't mean that I support this service. In my opinion investing in this cloud mining is VERY risky, so think twice before you buy contract. I hope you still have option to withdraw your funds.. Once it is available in your hashflare account.

Thanks Matt,

I'm kicking myself now.  Sad

This is why I thought I would pay by Visa, that way I could claw the money back if there was an issue.

From what I know they still work, so maybe it is just kind of transaction problem..
If they don't answer to your ticket, try to contact with them in "official" thread here:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcoin-cloud-mining-with-hashflare-1164418

As you can read there, you're not the only one who has a similar problem.

Despite the mixed reviews of Hashflare I decided to give them a try.
Bad choice.

Does anyone know if this is normal or whether they have a back log?
Yes, it is completely normal to get scammed by a website like this Smiley

Hopefully next time you won't fall for anything like this, think before you buy. Why would they rent out their computing power if it's so profitable? Surely if it were legitimate they'd invest their own money to keep all of the profit for themselves.

I don't even think that these people own any mining gear.

Hi guys,

Long time reader, first time poster Smiley

Despite the mixed reviews of Hashflare I decided to give them a try.
I paid by visa on the 5th March but my status still says 'pending' with no access to any cloud mining, I've raised a support ticket (24hr+)with no response so far.

Does anyone know if this is normal or whether they have a back log?

Thanks in advance
