You mean something like miningrigrentals?

You point your miner towards them and select a pool and a rental price. Somebody else can rent your hashpower for the predetermined price, if nobody rents your power you'll mine for the predetermined pool...

it will be agood idea for miners to get a stable income and people could buy hashes to invest in mining

If you have a decent hashing power, income for miners is stable even in the short term.
It feels to me that ideas like this will only add a bunch of unnecessary layers and create waste.

I don't think there is service as you have mentioned and i don't find it will be quite interesting for miners as payment will be more or less same before and after. But for investors it could be secure investment and real one.

Hey guys, I was just wondering if there's an existing Bitcoin mining pool that miners can connect to, and buyers can connect to and purchase hashing power off that huge pool. So a sort of a group cloud-mining site? It also provides a fixed income for the miners themselves Cheesy

Most of cloud mining websites turned out to be a real scam and then closed , and there is only few ones left right now (legit) like Bit-x for example but none of them provide service like you mentioned .
