I put that since day 1 and I warned that you might not get any interest from the designer around here. Turns out to be an abandoned project it seems
Is this contest a joke? I have submitted my design and no respond from OP. I hope he don't make me just wasting my time to make him sig and waiting.
I believe that the signature marketing effort would result best if you bribed donated to people who include your message in their footer. That being said, you are more likely to get a greater amount of participation if your message does not consume the users entire character limit. (my 2¢)

Yeah it's pretty quite on this one. The circuits one was real active in making banners.

I'm no good at making anything artistic so I'll pass on this contest but I will encourage others to make them.
I think I will try my hand at making a banner for each of those ranks.

Hey everyone!
The HashPay dev team is organizing a signature banner contest, we want signatures for the following types of accounts: Senior Members, Full members and Members.
The following limitations are imposed by bitcointalk:
- Member: Unlimited length.
- Full: Color allowed.
- Sr. Member: Size allowed
The signature needs to include HashPay’s logo, and the word “HashPay”, it’s also reccommended to use only black and white but this is not obligatory.
The contest will last for a week, ending July 23rd 12:00 CET.
The winner will receive 3000 HAP directly to his HAP address.
