I got off the phone with Hashra a little while ago. About 5pm GMT.

Firstly, the phone rang about 30 times before it was answered....normally I'd give up long before that, but I hung on.

It was CLEARLY diverted to a mobile, and judging by the quality of the line, it was an early 1980s model, possibly being answered by someone deep in a cave in Mongolia. After much bellowing and shouting trying to ask my one question ("Do you have stock?"), and attempting to interpret the crackly, patchy, WEIRD monotone voice I gave up. I cannot stress that monotone thing enough. It sounded like an early alpha version of HAL from Space Odyssey, except before they installed his modulation chips. Trippy doesn't even begin to describe it.

I'm not saying they're a scam. Maybe I got a crossed line to a similar company who use a robotic minion to sell gates to pig farmers in North Korea from their underground lair, possibly lead shielded in case of radioactive....pigs?....or something, I dunno.

Let's just say that their phone service does not match the professional image they are trying to portray on their website.

Use escrow or a reversable payment type.
