His offer to replace 1 with 3 is just to relieve pressure put on him with scam legal claims. It does not make sense:
he offers 3 machines @ $450 - which is already $1250 - plus shipping costs - say another $350 - total $1600 - to compensate for $750? Why not just sell 2, and reimburse directly?
This is scam, second part.

It was such an obvious scam from the start...I am shocked anyone sent them funds. How many times do people need to get burned on pre orders before they figure it out?

Bingo!  This is why no one cares or is talking about it.  At this point, if you give your money to one of these companies on a pre order product that doesn't exist yet, we all know you're going to get ripped off.  It isn't news when it happens any more then the sun coming up tomorrow is news.
They did deliver units in the past, I guess there is not enough information supplied within the community to help others who trusted

What is the name of the new company our funds have paid for, vumu or something like that? Also once again I would suggest those of us whom have launched legal action, contact the authorities VIA phone and find out what is actually being done as this may escalate/expedite the legal pressure he will most certainly be facing.

I am unsure why there is such little publicity regarding this topic. Seems hashra is doing bag business and barely anyone cares.

What nagging they are talking about? For me (as I hope fore every adequate man) even ONE e-mail would be enough to understand that someone wants to receive my answer to something.....

Did a whois on hashra.com, good chance we might have been duped. I guess I'll be waiting until the 15th to know for sure. Although it seems pretty clear already, could just be an unfortunate coincidence but everything else seems to line up.

"The UK address. 145-157 St John Street, London, EC1V 4PY. According to a BBC report, this is the address used by a company which sells its use as a registered office address. Because there does not seem to be an obligation to check that users of the service are legitimate companies, criminals are attracted to it. According to the BBC, the address is in common use among fake companies operating "boiler room" fake share scams. "

Simon spends all of his time in Hong Kong these day - one thing about Simon - because I've been dealing with him for months now - is that his deliveries are always late but the good news is that HE ALWAYS DOES EVENTUALLY DELIVER and for the life of me he does not respond very quickly at all and in act his lack of response really hurt the image of Hashra.

keep nagging him by email - it's the best way - [email protected]

Excellent business model: Keep nagging, and we may deliver. But, if you nag too much, you'll be declared dead to us. Either way, we either scammed you outright or we're mining on your equipment. Pick one!

Well that's better news than my paranoia has resulted in. Thanks for the glimmer of hope, I hope it holds true. I know several people have emailed over the past couple weeks but Simon has not responded by any means to any of them. Seems logical that everyone including myself are very uncomfortable at this point. Between bfl and hashra they have killed the preorder for me, never again.

Sent an email on the 23rd no response. No twitter activity or responses. Ordered 3ths, got electrical in order and PSUs ready... Seriously questioning my investment and likely won't order again whether they ship or not. I am assuming no one has had any contact or heard even a murmur from them since they marked products out of stock?

Fingers crossed.
