I have personally purchased several mining machines from Simon at Hashra - they have never been on time and always a week or two late, but they always arrived.
Simon's personal replies are hit or miss - you may get a response in a few hours or it may be a few days.
His tech support guys are very responsive.

I take it you're not familiar with Phinnaeus Gage. The guy is a legendary whistle blower around these parts.
