Do note that they do not tell you which pool has mined a block. Instead they tell you what their software guesses that might be the pool that mined a block. In other words, these values are unreliable.

Also side Question. after you send bitcoins you get confirmations from miners or pools who find blocks. So where do confirmations come from after all the blocks have been found?
