Did you try to replace the hashboard cable or swap the cable to other hashboard? Do this first then make sure the socket is clean before you place the cable. Another possible cause is PSU, it might give low power to one of your hashboard, if you have a multitester you can check the PSU if the given power is 12v, then it's fine if not then your PSU is your problem.

There is some issue preventing some data from being transmitted. You can confirm this by noting the 15C default temperature reading.
