Operationally, pretty much everything is done through a popular third-party ticketing system.

My biggest complaint is that they did not take action on my request that they escrow their identity documents with someone such that if they ran it would be easier to track them down.

So Wells Fargo doesn't care if you are doing business selling BTC for cash deposits into your checking account? Or do you have to sign up for a Business account to do that? Just curious because it seems like you would have to let them know what you're doing sooner or later, especially if any issue came up like the person that deposited the cash later came back to Wells Fargo and complained they didn't get what they paid for...

nvm: I see on another thread you addressed my question. Interesting. You seem to have a very understanding banker. I'll have to give Bitcoin Broker a try sometime.

As a seller I was very happy with Bitcoin-Brokers when I used them a month ago. They keep the sellers coins in escrow. The buyer deposits cash into the seller bank account which can be done at any branch of the bank that the seller uses. When the seller checks and sees that the funds have been deposited, he/she sends a message to the broker who releases the coins. It's usually a same-day transaction if everyone is on the ball.

If I use the service again I'll probably stipulate that for sales in the above $1k range I'll wait until the funds are actually in confirmed mode which is the next business day with Wells Fargo. if you live in an urban area, in-person trade is your best bet. no risk of chargeback, plus very low fees (assuming you can find a good partner).

It looks hard since there is risks of credit card fraud chargeback platforms won't be willing to undertake.

Hi,
Is there a service, that does not ask you to register/confirm/etc. in order to buy (sell) bitcoins?
Something like I go to the web site, pay with card-PP-whatever and all I need is a card and a BTC address to sebd coins to?
