Looks like this is not a new coin as I suspected,
PoS Mining Function on January 31. So I think its now possible to mined this coin.

I guess OP you need to dig more if you are really interested on mining hcash. Looks like there's potential in this coin. My research only took me 5-10 minutes. Goodluck to you dude.
This seems like an interesting project to me as well. Its just been kind of hanging out, no ANN page or anything. According to their roadmap, Hshares will be exchanged for the real deal Hcash this month.
