As mentioned in title (Up to 2 BTC for sale):
Moneygram (minimum $300)- Bitstamp +2.5%
Cash Deposit (minimum $200) - Bitstamp +5%
Moneypak (minimum $400) - Bitstamp +13%
I don't cover any fees. If you want to use an escrow I am more than willing to use an escrow that is trusted here (such as escrow.ms, DannyHamilton, or a couple others).
