EDIT: I have .05 BTC even, upon checking my Inputs.IO wallet I found they had been compromised as well as my funds.

How is it stupid? I am fine with a middleman? I also said small payments would be fine as well? Is it just because I am pretty new?

As I've said many times, escrow means nothing with Paypal as they can chargeback 180 days after the payment. Go on Localbitcoins.com and see if you can find a cash deposit that will do it for that small of an amount, or just buy something to trade (Like a gift card).
Not a bad idea, so offer a giftcard of their choice?

No one is going to be stupid enough to do a trade with you.
