I don't want to make you feel negative, but I would watch out with Skrill.

I used to do transactions with them once, and they explicitly emphasized to me that the online exchange of money is prohibited.

I received a warning by then. They can also block your account just like that.

You should check the terms and conditions before you decide to proceed.

Yes sir, I know this as I read most of the time SA section of this forum. I will never trade with anyone who cannot PM me over bitcointalk with their original bitcointalk account. 168 is not much but it is not fair to lose it in scam.

Also keep in mind that scammer can send pm by attaching the quote of reputed member/escrow. I thing you should update the op as price of btc has been changed recently. Decision is yours.
