But before that, i want to tell you here that the fee will be 15%, and as you said, you go first. And i won`t exchange the entire amount at once... We go with small amounts for start.

It is true that when the seller reverse it back the money even after 3 months what will escrow will do, so the main point is why do still people will deal with paypal when it is not 100% but 1000% sure of getting the transaction reversible even after so many time. Better to go for any other options, like neteller , or direct bank transfer - neft or imps
