Anyone paying anything over 15% is someone who is in need of bitcoin and have no way to verify themselves on exchanges.
Oh don't think so,Paypal is very cool, but the problem is that you can't change paypal money for btc.
You have to link and verify a bank account to your paypal account first, then register the paypal account to the exchange platform, them withdraw from paypal to bank, then send from bank to exchange...
All that takes time and fees, and the problem is that you have to LINK your identity and your bank account to the paypal account.
That's pretty complicated and not really private :/
