Ready to transfer money first if you have a reputation.
Sorry for my english I am using a translator.  Wink
.Sending first will not protect the trader unless you are willing to wait 180 days to receive the bitcoin which is dumb lol. Try virwox , paxful or localbitcoin instead. I doubt you will get any trade in here even for a small amount. Better yet just withdraw you paypal and buy bitcoin with your cc.

It doesn't matter how much you want to trade or how lucrative it is. No one will do this.
You are a newbie. No one can trust you.
As mentioned in that linked thread: Do paypal trades only with people you trust highly.

Paypal is a reversible payment method and bitcoin is a non-reversible payment method.
You need a non-reversible payment method to find a seller?
Maybe later I will change more money through a person in this direction , with a good percentage of it .

Forget about PayPal. No one will do this!
Also it's not allowed by PayPal itself to use it for buying digital currencies.
It's a violation to PayPals terms.

Also a PayPal user can always get his/her money back. So it's absolutely unsecure for bitcoin sellers.
Have a look at https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/beware-of-paypal-and-other-reversible-transfer-services-14632
But people change money in this section in the same direction.
