1. You should probably tell people that you charge to get listed
2. If you submit an entry, stop when it ask for a fee and go back later you cannot resubmit because it says "The URL you submitted is already in the system."

We probably should put up that we do charge a small fee to get listed.
Yes, we are aware you can't go back and re-enter the same URL. We'll create a fix for it.
