Are you saying that the minimum is .01 to trade and you can't trade because you don't have that much? You could set up a wallet (bitcoin-qt) and consolidate all your smaller .001 BTC into .01 and then send it to an exchange. But since you don't have even $1 USD, I'm not sure why you think anyone is interested. Wait until bitcoin goes up to $10,000 and then spend it.
